Independent contractor status

This is 1099 contract work. Please confirm each statement.

I am an independent contractor running my own business. I am not an employee of The Board or any lender, and I receive no wages or employee benefits.I set my own schedule, choose which leads to claim, may decline any lead and am free to work for other companies.I use my own computer, internet connection and workspace.I am responsible for my own insurance, including health, disability and occupational accident coverage. The Board does not provide workers' compensation insurance for contractors.I am responsible for my own income and self-employment taxes. I will receive a Form 1099 for payments I earn and will provide a W-9 to be paid.I understand The Board monitors calls, voicemail and email on the numbers and addresses it assigns to me. I will listen to voicemail and answer borrowers within the response limits, and I will get a warning when I do not.I understand my voicemail box and email inbox are company mailboxes. The Board wants to help me close each loan, so its team may listen to, read, answer or recall any message, and I will see each action it takes. Borrower messages are time sensitive and do not wait.I understand The Board is a marketplace and payment platform. My agreement for each lead is for a result, and The Board does not direct how I do the work beyond the legal and compliance rules in the contractor terms.
